Tell us what you think — and win Proms tickets

We build Moola for the people who use it — so once or twice a year we stop guessing and just ask.
We've put together a short feedback survey, and to say thank you we're giving one person two tickets to the Last Night of the Proms at the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday 12 September 2026.
It's completely free to enter. You don't need to buy anything, and you don't need a paid subscription.

What you could win
One winner will receive two tickets to the Last Night of the Proms, seated in a private box at the Royal Albert Hall — one of the most recognisable rooms in British music, and about as good a way to end the summer as we could think of.
A few honest details, so nobody's surprised:
It's tickets only. Travel, accommodation, food and drink are down to you.
The tickets are non-transferable, and there's no cash alternative.
They're provided personally by one of our directors, who holds the box — they haven't come from the venue or the event organiser.
How to enter — three steps, about five minutes
1. Create your free Moola account. That's genuinely all you need. No card, no payment. Moola helps you see your whole financial picture in one place and understand what today's decisions mean for your future.
2. Complete the feedback survey. It takes about two minutes. Use the same email address as your Moola account — that's how we match your response to your entry.
⚠️ This is a brand-new survey. If you've filled in a Moola feedback form before, that one doesn't count towards the draw. You'll need to complete this one.
3. Opt in on the competition page. Sign in, tick the box, and you're entered. We check both steps automatically — there's nothing to send us.
Before you enter, please read the full terms and conditions. UK 18+. Free entry, no purchase necessary.
Want three entries instead of one?
If you start a free 14-day Moola Pro trial, your entry counts three times. To be completely clear: the trial is free, you can cancel any time, and you never have to pay to get the bonus entries. We're not charging anyone for a better chance of winning — that wouldn't be a fair prize draw, and it wouldn't be legal either.
Why we're asking
Honestly? Because we'd rather build the things you actually want.
Every feature we've shipped this year started as something a user told us was missing. The survey asks what's working, what isn't, and what you wish Moola did that it doesn't yet. There are no trick questions and no sales pitch at the end — just a few minutes of your time in exchange for a decent shot at a memorable night out.

The legal bit
Free prize draw open to UK residents aged 18 or over. No purchase necessary; a paid subscription is not required and does not increase your chance of winning. One entry per person, or three entries for entrants who start a free 14-day Moola Pro trial — the trial is free, can be cancelled at any time, and no payment is required either to enter or to receive the additional entries. Entries close 23:59 BST on 31 August 2026. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid, verified entries and notified on 1 September 2026 by email to the address used to enter; they must respond within 3 days or an alternative winner may be drawn. Prize is two tickets to the Last Night of the Proms on 12 September 2026 at the Royal Albert Hall — tickets only, non-transferable, no cash alternative. Moola employees, contractors and their households are not eligible.
This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the BBC or the Royal Albert Hall.
